Position: Conservation Land Negotiator

Location: Southern Alberta
Position Details: Full-time, Permanent, New Position
Salary Range: $53,500 - $66,900. Salary is based on a 35-hour work week. Salary for this position will be commensurate with the successful applicant’s education and/or experience as it relates to the position.
Location: Remote/hybrid in Southern Alberta, with preference to be located near the Strathmore office.

What You Will Do
As a Conservation Land Negotiator, you will work as a key member of DUC’s Alberta operations and the Restoration and Retention team. Your primary responsibility will be working with landowners and producers in delivering our habitat programs at the farm gate.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Your minimum 3 years’ experience and knowledge of waterfowl ecology, Alberta agriculture and landowner negotiations make you the ideal candidate for the position.
