About Terramor Farm:

Terramor Farm is a profitable small-scale farm located in Burnstown just 50 minutes west of Ottawa.

We use bio-intensive farming practices and mostly hand tools to cultivate 3 acres of land. We produce over 30 varieties of high quality, organic vegetables as well as a 1/4 acre of cut-flowers for our +100 member CSA program, high-end restaurants and 3 farmers markets. We have shaped our profitable small scale farm through investing heavily in education, employing the top contemporary growing techniques learned from online courses: Floret Farm (Erin Benzekein) and The Market Gardener Masterclass (Jean Martin Fortier). Staff will have an opportunity to see how these methods are implemented to make an efficient and profitable small scale operation run. Staff will work in all aspects of production: nursery planting, transplanting, irrigation, weeding, field management, pest managament, harvesting, packaging and farmers market sales.
