Volunteers are accepted as well. If you volunteer for at least 2 mid day weekend shifts (4 hours each) per month, you can get the same perks as staff including free rentals and guided experiences.

The main position we hire for is the Beach Master, which is our general staff member and attendant of our operation. For this position, no teaching certifications are required but those with First Aid & CPR-C are preferred. We run in-house courses in case you are not up to date so please inquire if this is your case. Most of the daily tasks include screening guests for safety, moving boats & boards to the shoreline, doing administrative tasks like checking waivers and signing people in and out for their experience.
