JOB OVERVIEW

The warehouse associate will ensure that online inventory store orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner and will provide customer service in line with Fairware’s Customer service model. This is a full-time role at our Vancouver Warehouse and requires both physical labour and computer work.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and respond to all online store email inboxes, responding to all inquiries within 2 hours.
  • Provide customer support assistance via email or phone.
  • Pick, pack and ship of all inventory orders and kitting projects as required.
  • Assist with tracking warehouse KPI’s for accuracy, turn rates, fulfillment and delivery times.
  • Receive, count and inspect incoming inventory, reporting on discrepancies and quality issues.
  • Add or update product/store information on WMS.
  • Work with internal and external fulfillment to integrate with systems.
  • Assist with international shipping and customs
  • Provide shipping quotes and duty information to team as required.
  • Coordinate Kitting Projects
  • Provide shipping data to accounting as required
  • Participate in E Commerce weekly team meetings.
  • Maintain packing supplies.
  • Participate in inventory counts as per schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have at least 2 years related experience in E Commerce, WMS, and customer service and have working knowledge of Shopify.
  • You comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with deadlines.
  • You are self-confident and organized.
  • You have great interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone and love connecting with customers.
  • You are fluent in English, second language an asset.
  • You are interested in social responsibility, sustainability, and sustainable products.
  • You are comfortable working with various cloud-based programs including Office 365.
  • You are comfortable with physical work requiring lifting and standing.

Salary: 46,000 - $49,000 base annual salary, depending on experience.
