About Us

We are one again launching a high-energy, fast-paced pop-up garden centre in Erin, Ontario, offering premium plants, garden essentials, and expert advice. Our focus is on quality, customer experience, and efficient operations, and we are looking for a motivated Manager to oversee daily operations, sales, and staff management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pop-up garden centre, ensuring smooth and profitable operations.
• Lead and manage a small team, including scheduling, training, and motivation.
• Provide expert customer service, offering plant care guidance and product recommendations.
• Manage inventory – receiving, stocking, and maintaining plant health.
• Optimize sales through merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics to ensure timely product availability.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail management, garden centres, landscaping, or horticulture preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Knowledge of plants, gardening, and seasonal products (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset.
