Position: Annual Fund Coordinator/ Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a new member of our fundraising team, in the level of Coordinator to Officer depending on level of experience. This person will coordinate our fundraising communications to our annual fund donors. This entry to mid-level role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in organizing multiple projects, showing their creativity and keeping to timelines. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will be instrumental in coordinating and tracking direct marketing initiatives that support the long-term growth and impact of the organization.

We’re looking for someone to lead our direct response fundraising efforts and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes by providing financial and administrative support. You’ll handle data and analysis in our database (Raiser’s Edge) to guide our fundraising strategies, work closely with the Communications team, and collaborate with vendors. Plus, you’ll build great relationships with our donors and be a key ambassador for Nature Canada.
We are looking for someone who has experience and is ready to dive in. We are excited to grow our donor outreach for individual giving and this job is action oriented and donor focused. That is why we are looking for a go-getter who is always looking for ways to make things better. We use Raiser’s Edge, Google and Asana to keep ourselves organized so experience using these tools will give you an edge. You must enjoy a fast-paced, team-focused environment where collaboration is key.

Salary range: $50,000-$65,000; dependent on experience.
