About us

The Rivershed Society of BC’s mission is to connect, protect and restore the Fraser’s 34 riversheds. We envision a resilient watershed where salmon, people, and economies thrive in harmony – from the Headwaters to the Salish Sea.

Rivershed aims to build and foster respectful relationships with Indigenous Nations who, since time immemorial, have been stewards of the lands within the Fraser Watershed and continue that significant role today. This position combines administrative and strategic support, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while advancing Rivershed’s Mission and Goals.

This position works closely with both the Executive Director and the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Government Relations, supporting work across the organization. We’re looking for someone who is not only highly organized and capable, but also a good fit for working collaboratively with our leadership team. Applications will be reviewed as they come in, and the position will stay open until we find the right person for the role.

Opportunities for in-person work at events may be optional depending on location.
