Hiring: Distance Education Program Coordinator

Location: virtual, anywhere in Canada

Springbay Education is a non-profit organization, based in Toronto. We are committed to helping kids become leaders for our sustainable future through engagement and real world action.

We are looking for college students who are passionate about environmental education.

Starting Date: June 1

Time commitment: 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

1. Support teachers to enroll and participate in our educational program
2. Help with refine and execute of our teacher training program
3. Develop environmental learning activities for k-12 schools
4. Help monitor our social channels, engage and promote key partners’ content.
5. Help plan content for our social media channels based on guidance
6. Design, develop and edit videos and graphic assets for social media and other marketing content.

Requirement:

• a. College students who are passionate about environmental education
• b. Experience working with students and teachers is a bonus
• c. Good research and communication skills
• d. Fluent with Canva and have video editing experience

Compensation:

19.75 hourly / 30 hours per week

Location:

Virtual, communicate via online tools.
