Arctic Work Opportunity with Salary

Needed: Dog Handler/Housekeeper
Resort: Arctic Chalet
Location: Inuvik, Northwest Territories

We are currently looking for a physically fit, adventurous person that would be interested in joining our staff starting in March.  We need someone to help us take care of our 30 beautiful white huskies which are used for our popular dog sledding tours.  We also take in boarding dogs and run a doggie day care. The work entails feeding, cleaning, training pups and helping with the tours.  Our huskies are very friendly and fun to interact with. 

At our resort we offer guest accommodations in log cabins along with interesting activities. So in addition to working with dogs, we also need help with housekeeping and a variety of other duties related to our tourism business.  

If you are hardworking and have a spirit of adventure we will be happy to share some unique opportunities with you to explore the area by visiting some of the neighbouring communities and going all the way to the Arctic Ocean!  

If you would enjoy living out of town and close to nature and are looking for an opportunity to live and work in the Arctic for a few months or perhaps even up to a year, this may be the place you are looking for.
