Location: University of Guelph (an hour NW of Toronto / public transportation available), Ontario
Dates: Jan 23/24/25, 2025

Are you passionate about organic agriculture and looking for a way to make a difference?

The Guelph Organic Conference is one of Canada’s largest and most exciting events for the organic farming community. It unites farmers, researchers, and advocates to connect and share ideas and innovations that shape the future of sustainable agriculture.

This year’s event runs from January 23rd to 25th, 2025, at the University of Guelph, and we’re calling on passionate individuals to join our volunteer team!

Why Volunteer? By volunteering just 3-4 hours of your time, you’ll gain free access to all workshops on the day you volunteer.

Volunteer Roles Include:

• Registration Desk: Greet attendees, distribute badges, and provide information.
• Exhibitor Support: Assist exhibitors with setup, logistics, and parking directions.
• Coat Check: Securely manage attendees’ belongings in an organized system.
• Coffee Station: Keep the coffee area tidy and stocked.
• Parking Support: Help direct traffic and assist with parking
