  • Support volunteer offboarding by assisting with exit processes and collecting feedback where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate volunteer records and ensure documentation is current and organized.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager on recruitment, volunteer engagement, and human resources initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for volunteers, helping answer general questions and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining onboarding resources, guides, and HR documentation.
  • Help foster a positive, welcoming, and inclusive volunteer experience across the Collective.

Requirements:

  • Passion for conservation and environmental sustainability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and learning new online collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote volunteer team.
  • Previous experience in human resources, volunteer coordination, administration, or customer service.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting a national conservation organization.
  • Gain practical experience in human resources, volunteer coordination, and nonprofit administration.
  • Develop valuable communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Join a supportive and collaborative community of passionate conservation photographers and volunteers.
  • Flexible volunteer hours and a fully remote work environment.
